Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend putting it in a cold oven, then preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Once the oven is done preheating your quiche should be ready to eat. If you want it warmer, keep it in for a few more minutes. Just remember that the quiche is fully cooked, so keeping it in for too long will overcook it.

That depends. When are you going to eat them? If you don't inhale them right away and are saving them for the next day, then yes. Cakes and cupcakes should be kept in the fridge overnight.

We recommend taking them out an hour or two before you serve them. Since we use real  butter in our buttercreams and cakes it is best to allow them to get to room temperature. This allows everything to soften before devouring. It may be difficult to wait, but trust us it makes the cake and buttercream even more enjoyable to eat.

Yes, we do! We have a variety of cakes and desserts that can be made vegan and/or  gluten free. It is best to call ahead to see what we have in stock that day. You can always place an order ahead of time to make sure you can get some tasty treats for those with dietary restrictions.

Please note we usually need at least a week notice for vegan and/or gluten free orders.

We cannot guarantee that our baked goods are nut-free as some items may contain traces of nuts. However, we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination by sanitizing our equipment in between uses and preparing items with nuts separate.
